This online course is a self-paced course designed to enhance the printed training materials.  It includes a PDF version of the training manual, short quizzes at the end of each section, learning objectives, some video & audio content, and links to additional resources.

Purchasing this product gives you access to the online course for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

Processing Time: All orders are processed by hand in the order they are received. The PDF and additional instructions for accessing the online material will be emailed once the order has been processed, typically within 2 business days of the order. 

What: You will receive an E-Ticket via email, which includes your PAT number and a link to download the PDF manual.  Please bring this E-Ticket with you; either printed or displayed on your mobile device; when taking the exam in person.

If you are taking the exam online through Pearson Vue, you will need to enter your PAT number during the registration process.
