We will send you a Training Registration Certification folded and stuck into the first page of your manual. This ticket must be presented to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) when testing, to have your test processed. If testing with Person Vue, you must enter your PAT number found on the certificate.

Purchasing this printed manual DOES NOT include registration for any other form of training, such as a live training/review session. Live training/review sessions are not required for certification.

This is an interactive PDF version of the printed manual.  All orders are processed by hand in the order they arrive, you will receive your PDF via email usually within 2 business days of placing the order.  We will send you an E-Ticket which contains your PAT Number and a link to download the PDF.

You MUST present the E-Ticket (either in printed form or on your phone) to DATCP when you take your certification exam. If testing with the private company Pearson Vue, you must enter your PAT number found on the E-ticket when you register for the test. Your test will not be processed without providing your PAT Number.
