This is an interactive PDF version of the printed manual.  All orders are processed by hand in the order they arrive, you will receive your PDF via email usually within 2 business days of placing the order.  We will send you an E-Ticket which contains your PAT Number and a link to download the PDF.

You MUST present the E-Ticket (either in printed form or on your phone) to DATCP when you take your certification exam. If testing with Pearson Vue, you must enter your PAT number found on the E-ticket when registering for the test. Your test will not be processed without providing your PAT Number.

Purchasing this PDF manual does not include a live training/review session. Registration for those are separate registrations.
