We will spend the morning reviewing
the training manual and answering any questions you may have. The test will be held in the afternoon
following the training.

You must have your PAT number from your training materials (sold separately) to get your exam processed. Registration is required, and NO Walk-ins are allowed. Registration is required, and NO Walk-ins are

Time: Training starts
at 8 AM. Please come early to check in. Training will finish around 2:30 and
the test will be given after training. The session will end around 4:30 pm.
Parking: There is
ample parking at the location.
Meals: Lunch is not
provided. There is food nearby or bring your own.
Remember:
- You
will have to present your Training Registration Certificate (aka PAT
Number) from your training materials to have your certification exam
scored.
- The
exam will be proctored by WDATCP.
- Bring
a photo I.D. (e.g. driver's license); you must know your Social Security
Number and fill it in on the exam form.
- Bring
a simple calculator, you CANNOT use cell phones around the test.
- The
minimum passing score is 70%.
- If you
pass the exam, WDATCP will mail your exam score, certification card, and
license application.
If you can't attend, you must contact the PAT
Program at least 48 hours prior to the event to request a refund or transfer to
a different session if one is available. Cancellations received with less
than a 48-hour notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be denied.
No refunds/exchanges will be issued after the event has occurred.
On rare occasions, due to severe weather or for reasons
out of our control (e.g, the bankruptcy of the venue) the session can change
location or be canceled. If this occurs, you will be notified via email
when the decision has been made. It is your responsibility to monitor
your email for updates and changes, especially if a weather event is
predicted.
NOTE: The UW PAT Program is a part of the University of
Wisconsin and must abide by all rules that are in place for your safety and the
safety of its employees. If training sessions are canceled due to these rules
(weather conditions, pandemic etc.) you can be transferred to another training
event if one is available or you can get a refund. We also must abide by the
rules of the venue.
