Printed manuals are shipped via UPS. Your training certificate will be the first page of your manual. You will need to present this certificate to your proctor when you take your exam. Contact your County Extension office to schedule a certification exam. Some County Extension Offices are offering the exam, others are not. Please contact your County Extension Office to find out.
