The online course offers a different way to learn. This course includes a PDF version of the printed manual (so, no need to buy that separately), audio & video content, and practice quizzes. Additional registration will be required to acquire a NetID for access to the course.
The PDF and additional instructions will be sent by email usually within two business days of your order. We will send you an E-Ticket which contains your PAT# and link to the PDF by email. You MUST present the E-Ticket (either in printed form or on your phone) to DATCP when you take your certification exam. This proves you paid the training fee and have had access to the required training materials.
Purchasing this product gives you access to the course for 6 months or until certification, whichever occurs first and DOES NOT include a Live Training/Review Session or a printed manual (you do get the PDF version of the manual).
