We will send you a Training Registration Certificate (which is proof that you paid for the training material) folded and stuck inside the front cover of your manual. You MUST present the Training Registration Certificate to DATCP when you take your certification exam.

Purchasing this product DOES NOT include a Live Training/Review Session. Training/Review sessions are not required but if you wish to attend one you MUST purchase that separately.

This is an interactive PDF version of the printed manual that will be sent by email usually within two business days of your order. We will send you an E-Ticket which contains your PAT# and link to the PDF by email. You MUST present the E-Ticket (either in printed form or on your phone) to DATCP when you take your certification exam. This proves you paid the training fee and have had access to the required training materials.

The online course offers a different way to learn. This course includes a PDF version of the printed manual (so, no need to buy that separately), audio & video content, and practice quizzes. Additional registration will be required to acquire a NetID for access to the course.

Purchasing this product gives you access to the course for 6 months or until certification, whichever occurs first and DOES NOT include a Live Training/Review Session or a printed manual (you do get the PDF version of the manual).

Training does NOT replace purchasing a Printed Manual, PDF or Online Course. You must purchase one of the training fee materials above (A, B or C) before taking the exam.

Training sessions will start at 8:10 a.m., please arrive early. The exam will be given after training. Training will end around 4:30 p.m.

Lunch is not provided. There are food services nearby or bring your own.

Have your Certificate or E-ticket ready to present to the DATCP Proctor for testing.

Please remember to bring:

• Photo ID,
• A simple calculator, phones will not be allowed,
• Number 2 pencil
• You will need to know your SSN for DATCP test.

Training sessions are non-refundable, if you cannot attend, contact the UW PAT Program at least 48 hours before training for transfer or credit for future use.
